Описание проблемы: Ah, now I understand where this management style comes from. No wonder some of the regular admins don't bother following proper procedures they're just following the example set by the head management.

Instead of answering a simple question about which rule I violated and providing evidence, you keep repeating that "the administration decided." That is not an explanation. If this is how bans are handled, then it looks like decisions are made first and reasons are looked for later.

At this point, it looks less like rule enforcement and more like administrators protecting each other's decisions instead of proving they were justified.

You are intentionally ruining the game for others, and a complaint has been filed against you. The ban is justified under the rules; if that isn't clear, please check the relevant section on the website.
